negative on that, people with only one city at this stage of the game make a nice farm, not a potent ally...As you all saw, even people with more than one city were unable to present a sizable army to help Sephi invasion, imagine a one city guy

tinweasel - failed miserably XD he wont be acepted unless he shows admirable skills ( gets at least 2 villages and triples his scoore ) then if that happens will be another vote ... untill that he is free to farm
