making council

well I think its time for us to create council and after that we can formulate aliance rulles .

so this topic is opened for duscussions and sugestions

how many councill members should we take - how it will operate . and stuff like that

so 1st how many ?
who is willing to praticipiate in council ?
how the decisions will be made ?

i would say lets first start with 4 council members
we can add more as we need

i dont mind being part of the council

or should we start planning the alliance

better wait for 1 more - cause I want to give for everyone a chance and if we will get more than 5 - simply lets make vote which 5 guys u want to see in council XD

maybe its time we get everybody to at least register on the forum then we can communicate with them easier

no sence in having a lot of members who are not playing

we need someone who can speak both russian and english cause there is that barrier we need a general for organising war events we need recruiter and 3 in the council of elders which are leaders

well i dont speak both languages
so i,ll opt for elder as u call it
