I saw this guy in one of my farms, quite far form his home towns, so I guess this guy is quite active, and he already have 3 towns. So, we either recruit him or Derakang found a new practice target

if he was far from his home town , makes him target
or if he,s shopping it could be hes trying to expand or there,s just nothing left in his area to raid
is he close to any of us?

Id rather kill him than recruit - looks like he got nice scoore but he is a total dipshit - just 8 level for hero + he uses small armys and looses quite a loot in raids .... so easy exp XD

then wipe him out
